STREET PARKING PLACES - QUEENS SQUARE

(ATTLEBOROUGH, QUEENS SQUARE)

(STREET PARKING PLACES) Amendment ORDER 2017

 

The Norfolk County Council propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which to amend The Norfolk County Council (Attleborough, Various Roads) (Street Parking Places and Disabled Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 to prohibit waiting on the lengths of Queens Square set out in the Schedule below from 2330 hrs on Wednesdays to 1500 hrs on Thursdays. The current 30 minutes limited waiting time no return within 1 hour restriction, will operate at all other times.

 

A copy of the Order and plan may be inspected at Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Norwich, and at the offices of Breckland District Council, Elizabeth House, Walpole Loke, Dereham during normal office hours.

 

Any objections and representations relating to the Order must be made in writing and must specify the grounds on which they are made. All correspondence for these proposals must be received at nplaw, Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, NR1 2DH, marked for the attention of Mrs Simmons by 11th July 2017.  They may also be emailed to trafficorders@norfolk.gov.uk.
